The Shiv Gouraksh Education & Welfare Society designed a project proposal in association with community partners with the motto of “An Empowered Woman can build a Dynamic Society”. The overall objective of the project is to enhancing the employability of poor adolescent girls and women through vocational and skill development. The project directly supports to 165 Nos. beneficiaries from poor background includes adolescent girls and women from 15 Nos. villages. The activities mainly includes Vocational and Skill trainings on Tailoring, Beautician, Modern Farming Technique & Animal Husbandry with the expertise support from training agencies and resource persons from Shiv Gouraksh Education & Welfare Society. In long run, the project will establish training center and Self Help groups to be promoted for marketing, financial and non-financial services to the poor adolescent girls and women. To achieve the project objectives, Executive Director, operational team and financial Rs. 1721813/- will be required. Out of 10% budget will generated as People & Organization Contribution and remain 90% resources expecting from the funding agency. The SGEWS also play vital role in monitoring and evaluation of project activities. The experienced Executive Director is fully responsible for planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and timely reporting to donors of this project.

To provide awareness on social issues to adolescent girls and women.
To encourage self employment by providing related training and exposure visits.
To certify and to liaison with the trained institutes in order to strengthen training
and placements opportunities for the trained girls and women.
